Katja von Glinowiecki is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC), Supervisor, Mentor Coach, and Trainer with extensive experience in leadership development, communication, and intercultural collaboration. She has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia, bringing a global perspective to her work. Katja teaches coaching and supervision at the International Coach Academy and co-leads supervision.partners, an initiative focused on reflective practice and professional growth for coaches and leaders. Her approach blends psychological insight, practical tools, and a deep belief in human connection as the foundation of learning and change.
