Overview:

Having the courage to engage in difficult conversations is a crucial aspect of healthy communication. We think a lot, but how do we express what we think? And how can we best convey our message if we want to be constructive? How do you deal with feedback or an unexpected response that is directed at you or not, when you actually need it? And what building blocks lead to a healthy communication culture within your team?

You will find answers to all these questions in this session, which focuses specifically on professional situations. Expect practical tips and tricks, best and worst practices, insights, concrete techniques, and a lot of humor.
