Overview:

Leadership across cultures requires more than good communication. It requires cultural awareness and choice. This webinar explores how communication and leadership are shaped by cultural orientations, using Philippe Rosinski’s Cultural Orientation Framework and Erin Meyer’s Culture Map as practical lenses.

Participants gain a clear understanding of how cultural differences influence leadership style, decision making, feedback, trust, and collaboration. The session connects core communication skills with real-world cross-cultural leadership situations, including leading international and remote teams.

Particular attention is given to feedback across cultures, differences between self-image and external perception.

The webinar combines proven frameworks with reflection on one’s own cultural preferences and communication patterns, enabling leaders to adapt their approach intentionally and lead more effectively across cultures.
