Overview:

Networking is a win-win partnership aimed at mutual benefit (Levine, 2015, pp. 1-4). It begins with an initial interaction- and, ideally, continues throughout the lives of both parties, providing ongoing value through correspondence and action.
Due to AI, remote work and silos in organizations NETWORKING for NERDS has become a key skill in 2026 whether you are a manager or a professional.
