Overview:

Many FEMALE founders start with "Survival Mode ON," lacking funding, established branding, or a roadmap. This workshop is designed for women who are building their businesses from the ground up, often with limited resources, and need to find an authentic voice that cuts through the noise.

Areas Covered in the Session:

Key Learning Pillars (Based on the "Having a Voice" Methodology):

  • Overcoming the "Five Syndromes" of the Bootstrapped Founder: We address the internal roadblocks that stall growth when you are at the end of your means:
    • Perfectionist Syndrome: Shifting from "perfect" to "good enough" to maintain momentum
    • Imposter Syndrome: Taking baby steps and shipping work despite the fear
    • Starving Artist Syndrome: Transitioning from a hobbyist mindset to a business owner mindset by involving the right financial oversight
    • Cinderella & Procrastination Syndromes: Building accountability and stopping the wait for a "Prince Charming" (or a lead investor) to save the business
  • Building Your Voice with Zero Budget (The 9-5-7 Framework):
    • The 9 Creative Exercises: Identifying a real-world problem and crafting a "Single Sentence Mission Statement" that costs nothing but has high impact
    • Building a Publishing Routine: Forcing consistency in communication to build long-term authority
    • Defining the Mission: Setting tangible goals for turnover and salary that align with a personal higher purpose
  • Strategic Personal Branding for the Self-Funded:
    • Developing a Media Pack: Curating vision, mission, and biography to present a professional front to the market
    • LinkedIn Mastery: Practical tips for optimizing a profile for search engines and networking without spending on advertising
    • Digital Integration: Using tools like the RockMeApp, our Global People Club Membership and Inclusive Content Inventories to stay organized when working with small teams or solo
