Overview:
Zürich is beautiful, but for many expats, the transition feels like being attacked by a "Clone Army" of rules, processes, and procedures. Between the pressure to perform and the struggle to find a new "Circle of Trust," your mental well-being can easily take a back seat.
In this session, we move beyond generic self-care. This is "Brain Care for Nerds"—a deep dive into the architecture of your mind. We will explore how your brain, as a biological organ, processes the stress of relocation and how you can move from a state of "Survival" (Fight, Flight, Freeze) to a state of "Prospering".
Areas Covered in the Session:
Stop just surviving the "Clone Army." Start building the mental mindscape you need to truly prosper in Switzerland and beyond.
We will announce the location shortly before the event, as we might have it at the lake if the weather permits.
